On March 20, Lenovo, a smartphone flagship is likely to unveil a new handset at an event in China. Apparently, Lenovo is going to launch the smartphone under the company “S” series. One of the official VP Chang Cheng from the company shared an image on social media about the event where the smartphone is going to be launched. The teaser proposes that the company could dispatch the Lenovo S5, which is probably going to be a premium mid-end cell phone.
From the past few days, the company has been dropping the hints about the launch of the new smartphone with some new and exciting features. Last month, Cheng has posted a bottom half picture of the new smartphone. In that picture, it can be seen that the mobile has the metallic reflective body and curved edges. In another teaser, Cheng was given a clue about the device that might come with ZUK’s ZUI Android skin. Although the teaser did not reveal much about the smartphone S5, the rumors are spreading that it may come with the security chip. Another rumor that has been going around is, it may come with mammoth 6000 mAh battery.

Just like last month, a new smartphone Lenovo K520 is also got spotted on the certified website TENAA. According to the list, the smartphone flaunt 5.65-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels, powered with 2GHz octa-core processor, the smartphone will come with either 3GB or 4GB RAM, and 32GB or 64GB storage respectively. The Lenovo K520 has dual cameras on the back with one 8-megapixel sensor, and at the front, it would sports an 8mp selfie camera. It will run the latest Android 8.0 Oreo. And the device is featured with a 3000 mAh battery. The smartphone is likely to be priced in the mid-tier segment, however, the detail on the price is also not known yet.
Information regarding the pricing and availability will be shared at the launch event. Lenovo S5 is likely to be seen as the comeback smartphone of the company. It still a mystery, if the company planning to bring the Lenovo S5 to India or not.
