Lenovo - the Chinese smartphone maker's subsidiary client ZUK has unveiled another brand new Android smartphone in India dubbed as Lenovo Zuk Z1 priced at INR 13,499. As per reports, the smartphone would be available from May 19 via its first flash sale to be held on e-commerce website Amazon Indian subsidiary Amazon India whose registrations have officially begun from today itself at IST 13:00 ( 01:00 p.m).
The company has taken customization of new smartphone very seriously and as its first priority which gets reflected by the presence of Cyanogen OS 12.1 based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop inside the smartphone.

In terms of hardware specs, the GSM-based handset equips a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz alongside Adreno 330 graphics card both of which comes coupled with 3GB of RAM. Though the users have not been given the option to upgrade their memory storage which might become an issue for many users, however on the contrary the company believes the option of having 64GB of inbuilt storage as sufficient for its user base.
Another notable feature of the Dual-SIM (Nano-SIMs) Lenovo Z1 smartphone is that it packs a large 4100mAh battery in a way that both the SIMs support 4G LTE connectivity as well as Indian LTE bands namely FDD Band 3 (1800MHz) and TDD Band 40 (2300MHz).
In terms of photography, the smartphone bears a 13-meagpixel camera on the rear end featuring a Sony IM214 sensor and Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) ability coupled with an 8-megapixel camera on the front side. Dimensionally, the smartphone measures 155.7x77.3x8.9mm and carries a weight of 175 grams.
The device additionally also feature a fingerprint scanner on the home button just like other flagship smartphones that got launched recently. On the connectivity front, the device features a USB Type-C 3.0 port and also includes Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, and GLONASS. It features an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, digital compass (magnetometer), and proximity sensor.
