LG, South Korean smartphone manufacturer has launched the LG K11+ in the South American country of Chile. It looks like that LG K11+ is a modified version of LG K10 (2018) that was initially launched this year in February before MWC 2018.
The successor of LG K11+ is available in Moroccan Blue and Terra Gold color options in the country. It is reported that the company has also launched LG K11a (Alpha) along with LG K11+.
Both, LG K11+ and LG K11a (Alpha) are identical to each other in terms of design and specifications, however the major difference in their RAM, storage and rear cameras.
According to the technology website, LG K11a (Alpha) has also been launched by the South- Korean manufacturer in the country, however, the smartphone has not spotted on the official website of LG.
As per the report, LG K11a and LG K11+ shares similar specifications with each other; excluding that the former features a 2GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage and 8- megapixel rear camera.
According to the reports, LG K11+ will be available at around EUR 270 which approximately translates to Rs 21,800. On another hand, K11a (Alpha) will be priced at EUR 220 which roughly translates to Rs 17,700.
LG K11+ features a 5.3-inch HD Pandaking MN228 display which offers a screen resolution of 720x1280 pixels and 16:9 aspect ratio. It runs on the advanced Android Oreo Operating System. In terms of hardware, it has an octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor clocked at 1.5GHz.
It is available in one storage variant 2GB of RAM and 32GB onboard storage which can be extended up to 2TB by using a microSD card.
In terms of camera department, the LG K11+ comes with a single 13-megapixel rear camera offering PDAF, LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and 80-degree wide-angle lens. For selfies and video calling,
It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.2 and 100-degree wide-angle lens. The smartphone is bundled with 3,000mAh battery.
The LG K11+ supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on the smartphone are an ambient light sensor, fingerprint sensor, electronic compass, accelerometer and a proximity sensor.
So far it is not confirmed that when LG will announce LG K11+ and LG K11a (Alpha) in the Indian market.
