LG, South Korean giant is not only focusing on the budget segment but also working on stylus smartphones though the company has expanded its stylus series by launching the LG Stylo 4 specifically in the US market. Earlier this month, the South- Korean manufacturer company had launched a trio of smartphones in stylus series dubbed as LG Q Stylus, Q Stylus+ and Q Stylus Alpha in the US.
LG Stylo 4 is a successor of LG Stylo 3 that was launched in May 2017 at a price tag of $225, roughly translates to Rs 15,300 which is to be available for purchase via MetroPCS stores and website particularly in the US. LG Stylo 3 features a built-in stylus pen and equipped with features such as Screen off Memo and GIF Capture, DTS:X Surround Sound technology. The LG Stylo 3 Plus came with a 5.7-inch display, an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC, coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.

The LG Stylo 4 has been priced at $239 which roughly translates to Rs.16,250, currently it is available at a discounted price of $179 (approximately Rs 12,172). MetroPCS, e-commerce platform is offering the 30-day guarantee and free delivery on the purchase of LG Stylo 4.
LG Stylo 4 flaunts a 6.2-inch full-HD+ FullVision display with a screen resolution of 1080x2160 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. In terms of hardware, the smartphone has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC coupled. It is equipped with 2GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage that can be further extended up to 2TB by using a memory card.
In terms of optics, the LG Stylo 4 packs a 13MP rear camera offering phase detection autofocus (PDAF) lens and an LED flash. On the front, the smartphone gets 5MP selfie shooter coupled with a wide-angle lens on top.
The smartphone offers Qlens (LG's answer to Google lens) which provides suggestions and information to the users and also has NFC (Near-field communication) support. The LG Stylo 4 comes with the Real Moment Technology through which the users can edit something, scribbling creative ideas in the captured image.
In terms of connectivity, the LG Stylo 4 include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. A fingerprint sensor is positioned on the rear panel which lets the users unlock the smartphone by using their fingerprints.
As the name suggests, LG Stylo 4 comes with a Stylus Pen which has Pen Pop 2.1 technology which can work as a suite of UX features includes Screen off Memo. Under the hood, it is powered by a 3300mAh battery and the weight of the smartphone is 172 grams.
