LG, after the launch of its flagship G6 smartphone, now has come up with a new mid-ranger in the family dubbed as Stylo 3 Plus. Currently, the smartphone is only available for the US market and can be purchased via T-mobile, with a price tag of USD 225 (Rs 14,600 approx).
The LG Stylo 3 Plus Android smartphone is blessed with a sleek metal frame along with a removable back cover and battery. It also packs a fingerprint sensor, which is placed at the rear side of the smartphone below the camera sensor. The micro-USB port and 3.5mm jack have been placed at the bottom edge of the handset and the speaker is placed at the bottom of the rear side of it. As its name suggests, it also features a stylus, which slides out of the top. The power and volume keys are embedded at the left edge of the smartphone, and there is no availability of any physical button at the front side, as the company has only provided onscreen navigation keys.
Uprooting the specifications, the Dual-SIM smartphone features a 5.7-inch full-HD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and runs Android 7.0 Marshmallow. It comes with a premium stylus support and is powered by a 1.4GHz Snapdragon 435 octa-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt memory storage, which can be expanded further up to 32GB via microSD card.
In term of optics, the GSM handset packs a 13-megapixel rear camera along with flash and autofocus. A 5-megapixel front shooter with face detection feature is also provided by the company for selfie enthusiasts. It is backed up by a 3080mAh battery, which has been claimed to provide up to 14 hours of talk time and 25 hours of standby time. Connectivity options on the board include Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, NFC, and 4G VoLTE support. The company has still not broken its silence on the global availability of the handset.
