The 5-year contract between Nokia and Microsoft is finally going to end in 2016. Consequently, the former is gearing up for a comeback with its new offering named Nokia C1. Although the device has already been teased earlier, this time a new image along with its specs have surfaced on the internet. Nothing is confirmed officially, but it is rumoured that the smartphone will be available in 2 variants. One will carry Windows 10 operating system, while the other one will be offered as an Android version.
Further, sources suggest that the smartphone will be offered in two different sizes, each having its own camera setup. The leaked image shows an Android phone with Z launcher running on it and there are three different color schemes visible namely Grey, Peach and White. Moving on to the specifications, the small sized C1 will carry a 5-inch full HD resolution display, 2GB RAM, and 32GB in-built storage. Coming to the larger one, users will be able to avail a 5.5 inch full HD display, 3GB RAM, and 64GB inbuilt memory.
As far as the camera is concerned, it will get a 5-megapixel resolution for the front unit in both the variants. The rear camera resolution will measure 8 megapixel and 13 megapixel for the small-sized and large-sized model respectively. As the Nokia devices and services will remain in acquisition of Microsoft till the fourth quarter of 2016, the users will be able to get their hands on the upcoming C1 after that period only.
