Nokia has recently made the public discover the new Lumia series Smartphones which will be coming shortly to India. The Nokia Lumia 930, Lumia 635 and Lumia 630 are announced at Microsoft's Build 2014 conference. Company has named the Lumia 930 as the flagship Smartphone of Nokia. All three devices boast best in class hardware along with latest software and operating system being Windows Phone 8.1.
Nokia has also announced that the entire range of lumia phones running over Windows Phone 8 operating system will be enjoying the update with Windows Phone 8.1. This version of Lumia will be marked as "Lumia Cyan". It will be having some really advanced features which will enhance the experience of these phones.
Nokia Lumia 930, the flagship Smartphone of Nokia boast a heavy 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC pushed with 2GB RAM. It has got 5-inch Full HD display with 1080x1920 pixels resolution and 441ppi pixel density. It has tough Gorilla Glass 3 screen protector with the 'Super Sensitive Touch' featurewhich allows using the touch screen with gloves on and 'a near 180-degree viewing angle'. The internal storage provided by the company is 32GB with 7GB One Drive cloud storage. The phone has a 20 MP camera assisted with Carl Zeiss Pure View optics. It is assisted with a 1.2 megapixel wide angle front facing snapper for 3G calling.
The front camera of Lumia 930 is adequate for video calling as the data won't hang during a video call. The Dolby Surround Sound along with 4 way microphone is also placed in this phone. It also has LTE quad-band chip and Bluetooth 4.0 LE. It holds a 2420 mAh battery. Nokia's official apps like OneDrive, Mix Radio, Creative Studio, MS Office, HERE Maps, Nokia Camera, Nokia Storyteller, Nokia Camera, and Nokia Refocus will be available preloaded with this phone.
Nokia Lumia 630 and Lumia 635 are affordable range phones. These phones are equipped with 3G calling feature. The Lumia 630 will be available with Dual SIM option while Lumia 635 will serve 4G connectivity but without a Dual SIM nature. These phone will house 4.5 inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels and 221ppi) ClearBlack LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Processor has got a bit higher in the range with 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor assisted with 512MB of RAM, Internal 8GB storage, 5 megapixel autofocus rear snapper without any front-facing unit. It has an 1830 mAh battery.
Nokia Lumia 930 will be priced around Rs.36,000 while Lumia 630, Lumia 630 Dual SIM and Lumia 635 will be priced between Rs. 9,500 to Rs. 12,000 in India.
