Along with Nokia 9 PureView, the company also launched the Nokia X71 smartphone in Taiwan on 2nd April 2019. The Nokia X71 is the very first device under the Nokia brand to carry a punch-hole front camera which will fall under the high-end segment portfolio. The key specifications of the smartphone include a 48MP sensor, a Snapdragon 660 SoC, a fingerprint sensor at the back, and a 3,500mAh battery along with latest Android Pie out-of-the-box.
The Nokia X71 carries a price sticker of TWD 11,900 i.e. INR 26,600 in terms of the Indian Currency. It will go on sale from 30th April in Taiwan. The smartphone will be available in only single color option i.e. Eclipse Black. The company has not yet said a word about the launch of the smartphone across the world including India.
In terms of the design, the Nokia X71 get the 2.5D double-sided glass and the triple rear cameras are positioned vertically. The fingerprint reader is just embedded just below the camera setup. The hole-punch selfie camera is positioned on the top edge of the smartphone while the volume rockers and power button are set on the right edge. The power button is too fast to alert for message and missed call notifications. The smartphone also comes with 3.5mm audio jack support.

In terms of the specifications, the Nokia X71 flaunts a larger 6.39-inch full-HD+ full-screen display with an aspect ratio 19.3:9, 500 nits maximum brightness, and 96 percent NTSC wide colour gamut. Under the hood, the smartphone gets the power from the Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory which can further be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card slot.
In terms of the photography, the Nokia X71 flaunts triple camera at the back featuring a 48-megapixel primary sensor along with an f/1.8 aperture, 5-megapixel depth of field sensor along with an f/2.4 aperture, and an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor. At the front, the smartphone comes with a 16-megapixel selfie sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.
The Nokia X71 weighs 180 grams and comes with dimensions 157.19x76.45x7.98mm. It gets fueled up from the 3,400mAh battery along with support of 18W fast charging. In terms of the connectivity, the handset includes Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS + GLONASS + Beidou, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, USB OTG, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm audio jack.
