Oppo has finally launched Oppo F1 Plus, a highly awaited smartphone in India. Priced at Rs. 26,990, the camera-centered cell phone will be accessible from mid-April in Gold and Rose Gold color variations. The smartphone was originally named as the Oppo R9 that was later rebranded and was named oppo F1 Plus that was dispatched in China in March.

The major highlight of the Oppo F1 Plus is its 16-megapixel front camera, which includes a 78.1-degree wide-point lens and a f/2.0 aperture. On the back, the Oppo F1 Plus sports a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash, with a f/2.2 aperture. The smartphone also incorporates PDAF (phase detection autofocus) and 4K video recording. The handset has a conspicuous configuration similar to the iPhone 6 and sports a unique finger impression scanner on the home button directly underneath the display. The Oppo F1 Plus has a 5.5 inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) AMOLED display.
The Oppo F1 Plus has been powered with an octa-center MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 processor at 2GHz and is combined with 4GB of RAM. It runs ColorOS 3.0 based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. The Oppo F1 Plus will be accessible in only 64GB storage capacity, and is upheld by a 2850mAh battery. It accompanies double SIM and internal memory is expandable by means of microSD card (up to 128GB).
Similar, to the earlier Oppo smartphones, oppo F1 Plus supports VOOC flash charge which is claimed to offer up to 2 hours of talk time in just 5 minutes of charging. The Connectivity options on the smartphone include 4G with VoLTE support, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB.
