Earlier this month Realme 2 Pro and Realme C1 were launched in India and now go on sale for the first time in India. Both of the smartphones are now available for purchase in India in the form of flash sale.
Interested buyers can purchase the Realme 2 Pro and Realme C1 exclusively at Flipkart and Amazon Prime members. To recall, the Realme C1 has been launched at Rs 6,999, while the Realme 2 Pro comes with a starting price of Rs 13,990 and goes up to Rs 17,990.
After getting the great response from Oppo RealMe 1, the RealMe was separated from Oppo to make its own image in the smartphone industry. The Realme has decided to launch the successor of RealMe 1 in India.
As expected, Realme 2 Pro has been launched on 27th September 2018 in India after so many rumors and speculations. The company has reported that the Realme 2 Pro will be available for purchase from October 11 exclusively at Flipkart.
In India, the company has launched the three variants of Realme 2 Pro including 4GB RAM+64GB ROM, 6GB RAM+ 64GB ROM and 8GB RAM+128GB ROM which have been priced at Rs 13,990, Rs 15,990 and Rs 17,990 respectively.

The Realme 2 Pro event was scheduled at 12:30 PM IST in India. The company has launched the much anticipated Realme 2 Pro in Ice Lake, Blue Ocean and Black Sea color options. It features a Dewdrop design which is the USP of the Realme 2 Pro
The Realme 2 Pro features a 6.3-inch FHD+ Dewdrop Full-Screen display. The smartphone offers 2340*1080 pixels resolution, 19.5: 9 aspect ratio and 90.8 percent screen to body ratio. On the top, it has Corning Gorilla Glass which protects the smartphone from scratches and damages. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo layered with ColorOS 5.2.
It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660AIE coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage configuration.
The Realme 2 Pro has dual cameras consisting of a 16MP primary sensor and 2MP secondary sensor. For selfies and video calling, the smartphone gets a similar 16MP front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.0 coupled with AI Beauty 2.0 feature which enhances the photography experience for capturing selfies.
A circularly shaped fingerprint scanner is positioned on the rear panel of Realme 2 Pro. It is armed with a 3500mAh battery and supports dual- sim. As we already that the Realme 2 Pro is available in three storage variants.
Alongside Realme 2 Pro, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer company has also launched budget segment Realme C1 which has been priced at 6,999, for 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage.
It is an introductory price and the company soon change the price of Realme C1. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC, dual 13MP+2MP sensors on the rear panel and a 4,230mAh battery.
The Realme C1 features a 6.2-inch HD+ display which offers the screen resolution of 720x1520 pixels, 88.8 percent screen-to-body ratio and 19:9 aspect ratio with display notch.
It will be shipped with Android 8.1 Oreo- out-of-the-box based on ColorOS 5.1. It has been equipped with octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC. The company has offered 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage on Realme C1. Further Internal storage can be extended up to 256GB by using a microSD card.
The Realme C1 packs dual 13MP+2MP cameras on the rear panel and 5MP selfie snapper coupled with AI Face Unlock support. For connectivity, the smartphone gets AI 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, dual- sim (Nano), a 3.5mm headphone jack and more.
The smartphone comes with the ambient light sensor, accelerometer, compass, gravity sensor, and proximity sensor. It is armed with a 4,230mAh battery. The dimensions and weight of the smartphone are 156.2x75.6x8.2mm and 168 grams respectively.
