Realme has separated from Oppo during this year in the month of August. Since its separation, Realme has launched three smartphones in the Indian market namely Realme 2, the Realme 2 Pro and Realme C1 in the previous three months. Recently, the company made the announcement it is gearing to launch a new Realme smartphone soon in India.
It is the first smartphone from Realme that would be powered by a recently-launched MediaTek Helio P70 processor. As the company has not disclosed more information about the launch date and specifications of the upcoming Realme smartphone.
MediaTek's new Helio P70 processor could lead to better results in terms of performance and speed. It has been equipped with AI-powered capabilities along with improved CPU and GPU to offer better performance. If we talk about the numbers, the successor of MediaTek Helio P60 is touted to render 10 to 30 percent better performance in respect of performing AI-based tasks, 13 percent improvement on general activities.

The new chipset has been developed with a 12nm process which features overclocked CPU and GPU. To perform AI related activities, the new chipset has been bundled with AI Processing Unit (APU) clocked at 525MHz.
MediaTek, the chipset manufacturing company stated that the new Helio P70 SoC preloaded with AI-powered features which supports real-time beautification, scene detection and artificial reality (AR). MediaTek claims that it can render up to 90 percent accuracy for enabling face unlock.
The new chipset easily supports either a 32MP single camera or 24MP+16MP dual rear camera. It is being speculated that the upcoming Realme smartphone could be priced under mid-range segment category and the company is likely to utilize the maximum features of the processor.
AI-powered features, facial unlock feature have been trending these days in flagship smartphones. The upcoming Realme smartphone is likely to come with a dual rear camera set up and a single selfie snapper. When talking about the display, the smartphone is said to feature a notch given the company’s youth-centric approach.
It is likely to come with a designer rear panel. All this is based on the rumors that we have previously seen on Realme smartphones. The specifications are also a part of speculation that totally relies on the features of new Helio P70 chipset.
