A fresh new member has been added to the A-series of Samsung smartphone Family 2019. It is Samsung Galaxy A20. Samsung got its Galaxy A20 launched in Russia along with its Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A30. Galaxy A20 has got launched only in Russia with features like an octa-core Exynos 7884 SoC, dual rear cameras, and a large powerful battery offering a power of 4,000mAh.
For the Display, the new Galaxy A-series offers a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display. Now is available on the authorised retail stores, Company’s official online stores and partner channels as well.
Meanwhile, there is no news regarding when this smartphone would be made available to the other markets in the world including the Indian Market.
The Price tag for Samsung Galaxy A20 has been set at RUB 13,990 (Rs. 15,000 as per the Indian currency) and could be purchased from Samsung brand stores in Russia, the company’s official online shop and also is available through partner sales channels there.
It is quite unfortunate that no word has come from the Samsung company in the press release regarding the launch of this product in other markets of the world.
The USP of this affordable new model Samsung Galaxy A20 is its display. It is a 6.4-inch HD+ (720x1560) Super AMOLED panel. The waterdrop-shaped notch follows the company's Infinity-V Display design language. The handset comes powered by the octa-core Exynos 7884 SoC having two high power cores clocked at 1.6GHz and six efficiency cores with a clock speed of 1.35GHz. Talking about the Memory and storage of the Smartphone, it is equipped with a single memory configuration with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage the onboard storage could be further expanded with the help of microSD card (up to 512GB).

In the optics section, the Samsung Galaxy A20 has a dual rear camera setup, in which one is the primary 13-megapixel camera with f/1.9 aperture and the second one is a 5-megapixel camera having f/2.2 aperture. Along with the above in the front, there is an 8-megapixel camera having an aperture of f/2.0 mend for excellent selfies.
Other smart features include, the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor devised for authentication and support system for Samsung Pay is also available. This Smartphone Galaxy A20 is supported by a large powerful battery, though clarity has not been made as to whether it supports fast charging or not. It has a “3D Glasstic” build and the measurement dynamics is 158.4x74.7x7.8 mm.
