In India, the Korean tech giant, Samsung finally launched its slimmest smartphone, Samsung Galaxy A8. A few weeks before, the news about Samsung going to launch its slimmest smartphone was flooded over the internet. Most of its technicalities were already disclosed at that time. With 5.9mm thickness, this mobile is not the slimmest of all handsets, but it is the slimmest of all Samsung's manufactured mobile phones. With 2GB RAM, it sports 32GB internal memory which is expandable upto 128GB through memory card slot. The phone runs on latest Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) with Samsung's custom TouchWiz UI on top. On the connectivity front, it offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and GLONASS.
