South Korean electronics giant has launched new budget J-series smartphone in India, the 2017 edition of Galaxy J2. The smartphone is available in two color variants:-Metallic Gold and Absolute Black Color with 4G VoLTE support and Android 7.0. The Samsung Galaxy J2 comes with a price tag of Rs 7,390
Samsung Galaxy J2 (2017) has launched the handset with some interesting features like Smart Manager for automatic memory management which will help delete duplicate images on the smartphone automatically and delete saved APK files. The smartphone also come with Ultra Data saving mode that the company claimed to save data up to 50 percent.

The new device sports a 4.7-inch qHD with the resolution of 540 x 960 pixels.It is Powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. The handset is backed with 2000mAh removable battery. Samsung claims that the phone lasts for about 9 hours of internet use, 41 hours of playback time, and 12 hours of talktime
On the camera front, Samsung Galaxy J2 is equipped with 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera with flash. For the selfie and video chat the new handset features 2-megapixel front camera.
On Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1,GPS / GLONASS, Dual sim and 3.5mm audio jack. It measures 136.5x69x8.4mm and weighs 130 grams.
