Samsung Galaxy S10 has been trending these days on the internet as expected to be launched on February 20, 2019. From the last couple of years, various OEMs have been working on 5G network technology which is expected to be available in 2019 flagship smartphones. As 2018 has almost finished, the eagerness regarding the 5G network technology has been enhancing day-to-day. Many of the smartphone manufacturers have already announced that they are working on 5G-enabled smartphones for 2019. Samsung is one of them, which recently demonstrated the trial testing of 5G network at a Qualcomm Tech Summit in Hawaii.
Till now, Samsung Galaxy S10 spotted with three model numbers SM-G970, SM-G973 and SM-G975 which could be for the Galaxy S10 Lite, S10 and S10+. A significant information regarding the upcoming Galaxy S10 has surfaced on the internet.
Surprisingly, the new model number SM-G977 of Samsung Galaxy S10+ has emerged on the internet which is expected to be a 5G variant of the device. In the US market, many of the carriers are working with Samsung on its 5G device but the South- Korean giant has refused to reveal any of the information about this.

The 5G variant of the upcoming Galaxy S10 has been spotted with two model numbers, SM-G977U and SM-G977N which might be for the country specific. As the last word, U is for the US market and N is for the South Korean market.
It is understandable that the US and South Korea are the two countries - where the 5G network technology expected to be unveiled. As of now, there is no confirmation whether Samsung would unveil the 5G variant of Galaxy S10 at a scheduled event on February 20.
