What Samsung wants we do not know but this Giant Company has launched S4 variant which is called Samsung S4 Active. It is a water and dust resistant phone, first from Samsung and first rugged and rough type of phone better than Samsung's regular plastic design smartphones. As above mentioned it is first water and dust resistant phone, it has IP67 certification which means that it can survive when dipped in 1 meter water for 30 minutes. There is an additional advantage too that this phone has water resistant earphone jack provided you can use earphone during wet conditions. It perhaps has made rainy moments beautiful.
And those who want to take under water photographs then Samsung Galaxy S4 active can do for you. It has Aqua Mode for underwater photography. On the other side this phone has the power of 1.9GHz quad core processor and 2 GB of RAM featuring a 5 inch full HD resolution TFT LCD screen having pixel density of 443 PPI. It has the latest Android 4.2.2 operating system.
There is an 8mp rear camera with LED flash and 2mp front facing camera. S4 offers 16GB of internal storage and expandable by microSD card slot up to 64 GB having battery power of 2600mAh battery. Besides this the phone is coming with proximity sensor, gyro sensor, accelerometer sensor, barometer, finger hovering sensor, gesture sensor and with light sensor. So it has all sensors that a human doesn't have!
Wi-Fi ac, Wi-Fi direct, NFC, Bluetooth and LTC connectivity with infrared blaster are the other features like Samsung smart pause, screen using optical cues, Air view etc. This phone will be presented at Samsung premier event in London on June 20. It will be available for purchase around summer.
