Now, Sony the Japanese tech- giant has started working on three new smartphones, which are likely to be called as Xperia XA3, Xperia XA3 Ultra, Xperia L3 which will be the successors of Xperia XA2 series and Xperia L2 respectively. As these smartphones have been recently listed on Bluetooth SIG certification, website. It is pointing towards that these smartphone are expected to unveil in the market soon. Previously, it was rumoured that Sony might showcase these smartphones at CES 2019 in Las Vegas but it never happened.
The new report which surfaced on the internet a couple of days ago has suggested that the Xperia XA3, Xperia XA3 Ultra and the Xperia L3 now expected to be unveiled on February 25, 2019 at an event in Barcelona which would start at 8:15 am CET (12:45pm IST). Along With the trio of smartphones, the Xperia XZ4 might also be unveiled in the next month.
The Xperia L2 and Xperia XA2 had been launched by Sony almost one year ago. Before the official launch, Sony’s three new smartphones are being certified by Russian website with model numbers I4113, I4213 and I4312 which are likely to be dubbed as Sony Xperia XA3, Xperia XA3 Ultra, and the Xperia L3 respectively. After getting certification from the Russian website, it is pointing towards that these Sony new smartphones would be initially launched in Russia.
To recall, the Sony Xperia XA3, Xperia XA3 Ultra, and the Xperia L3 had been leaked earlier in the month of October. At that point of time, Sony acknowledged that their launch is getting closer.

Russia’s EEC Listing has not revealed the specifications of Sony new devices but the timeline has been revealed. Sony generally unveils its new smartphones at the Consumer Electronics Show in early January so it is assuming that Sony would follow the same pattern and the Xperia XA3, Xperia XA3 Ultra, Xperia L3 would be showcased at CES 2019 in January.
All of the new Sony smartphones will have an entirely different set of specifications in terms of hardware, camera, and memory. But, expected to come with a similar display notch featuring 18:9 aspect ratio. All three smartphones are said to feature a side- mounted fingerprint scanner. It is anticipated that these devices will run on Android 9 Pie out of the box and there is a high probability that Sony would offer dual- cameras on the rear side in its mid-range smartphone lineup in the year 2019.
The pricing and availability details of Xperia XA3, Xperia XA3 Ultra and Xperia L3 would be disclosed by Sony at the official launch event. These smartphones could fall under the category of the mid-range segment so it seems they may be less pricer in comparison with other Sony flagship smartphones.
