Swipe technologies has introduced a new Android 6.0 Marshmallow based Indus OS running smartphone with 4G VoLTE support in India priced just at Rs 3,333. The handset is already available at Flipkart exclusively.
The Elite Star Android smartphone is blessed with a 4-inch WVGA display of resolution 480X800 pixels and packs 8GB of inbuilt storage capacity, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM.
Concerning the optical part, the GSM handset features a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front shooter for selfie enthusiasts. It is backed up by a 2000mAh battery with rapid-charge functionality for instant charging. Connectivity options on the board includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and Bluetooth.
Furthermore, the Dual-SIM smartphone comes with additional features such as Indus Swipe, Word and Matra predictions, Indus reader, Indus Messaging, and a Hybrid Keyboard. The device measures 125.5X64.6X10.6mm and is currently available in Black and White colour variants.
Alongside Celkon, Swipe, earlier this year also partnered with Indus OS, to make the domestically-manufactured Operating System available for more products across the country. The Indus OS is already working with the Micromax to offer its services.
