Tecno Mobile, which is a subsidiary of Transsion Holdings has launched a new smartphone, dubbed as Camon Iclick2 in India.
Camon Iclick2 is the fourth smartphone under the Camon brand being offered by Tecno and previously the company had launched the Tecno Camon iAir2+,Camon i2, and Camon i2X in the Indian market in the previous month.
The attractions of newly launched Tecno Camon Iclick include 19:9 aspect ratio with display notch, vertically positioned dual cameras, a larger 3,750mAh battery and supports VoLTE on both sim cards.
In India, Tecno Camon Iclick2 comes with a price tag of Rs 13,499 for single 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage configuration. The Tecno has not disclosed the availability details of Camon Iclick2 but assuming that will be available for purchase during this week.
The users can choose among Aqua Blue, Midnight Black, and Hawaii Blue color options which will be available at more than 35,000 offline retail stores across India.
As a part of launch offers, the Tecno Camon Iclick2 has been bundled with a one-time screen replacement warranty which is valid only for one year from the date of purchasing the device.
Apart from that, the company is also offering 100 days’ free replacement and 1-month extended warranty on Camon Iclick2. Interested buyers can also avail a cashback offer of Rs 2,250 from Reliance Jio as and complimentary 50GB internet data.
Tecno Camon Iclick2 boasts a 6.2-inch HD+ Super FullView along with display notch. The smartphone offers 1500 x 720 pixels resolution,19:9 aspect ratio and 88 percent screen-to-body ratio. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box skinned with HiOS 4.1 on top.
It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC clocked at 2GHz. For storage purpose, the company has offered 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be further expanded up to 128GB by using a microSD card.
For photography, the Tecno Camon Iclick2 packs 13MP+5MP sensors on the rear panel featuring AI Bokeh mode and Super Pixel mode. Up front, the smartphone gets a 24MP selfie shooter that offers ƒ/2.0 aperture and 1.8-micron pixel size.
The smartphone comes with a battery back up of 3,750mAh. The Tecno Camon Iclick2 has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual-SIM (Nano) and microSD card.
