Videocon, the relevant brand towards the smartphone manufacturing has geared up to expand the line of 4G enabled handsets. The Mumbai-based company has launched its new 4G enabled Krypton V50FG smartphone. Currently, the handset is listed on the company's site with no details about the availability and pricing. it is expected Videocon to announce the smartphone officially soon.

As per the listing, the Videocon Krypton V50FG smartphone features a 5-inch HD IPS display with Dragontrail Glass having a resolution of 720*1280 pixels. The handset sports 2.5D Curved Glass. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6735V) processor clubbed with 2GB of RAM. On the software side, it runs on Android 5.1 based Lollipop operating system out of the box.
The dual SIM based (both Micro SIMs) houses a 16GB of native storage, that can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot expansion. According to the company's listing, the Krypton V50FG supports both 4G bands in India.
For the photography, the smartphone is loaded with a 13-megapixel camera at the rear end accompanied with a tone of LED flashlight. On the other hand, for the selfie, it has a 5-megapixel front shooter on the board as well. It is measuring 144.6x71.8x8.6mm and will be available in Black color only.
According to the official listing, the smartphone will come with 6 months of free subscription of Eros Now. It will come preloaded with V-Safe, V-Secure, Gameloft Games, and Opera Mini. For the connectivity, the Videocon Krypton V50FG includes 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, and Wi-Fi connectivity options.
