A few days back, Vivo launched its two smartphones- the Vivo V15 and V15 Pro in India. Now the company is again looking forward to launching more budget segment smartphones in India and the launch is expected to be in between the IPL 2019.
As per the reports, the affordable smartphones that are speculated to launch during IPL 2019 are the Vivo Y3 and Vivo Y5. These two forthcoming smartphones after the launch will give a competition to the Samsung smartphones- Galaxy M and Galaxy A which was launched recently.
As per the reports, the Vivo Y3 will compete with the Galaxy A30 or the Galaxy M30 while the Vivo Y5 might compete Galaxy A50. If reports are to be considered, then the Vivo Y3 might carry a price sticker between Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 and the Vivo Y5 might come with the price between Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000.

If reports are to be believed, one among the two smartphones will carry a triple camera setup same like the Galaxy M30. The company has not uttered a word about the details of the smartphones.
But if the trend is to be seen, then the smartphones might flaunt the FHD+ displays with a teardrop notch on it along with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 series or any same SoC and might also come with the gradient panel design at the back.
Aforementioned, these smartphones will be launched in between the IPL 2019 so we can expect them to launch at the last of March. Also note that, Vivo is the title sponsor of the IPL tournament which is scheduled to begin from 23 March 2019 and by this, we can speculate that the rumoured smartphones will be launched during this time period.
