After launching the Vivo X21s and Vivo Y93 in the China market, Vivo has added one more new smartphone in its lineup, dubbed as Vivo Z1 Lite. As the name suggests, the new Z1 Lite is a younger sibling of Vivo Z1 which was officially unveiled earlier this year.
Around two weeks ago, the Vivo Z1 Lite initially appeared official online store of Vivo China. Since then, the smartphone is available for pre-bookings at a price tag of RMB 1,098 which roughly converts into Rs 11,500.
Now, Vivo the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has officially made the announcement of Vivo Z1 Lite in its home country, China. The Vivo Z1 Lite has been launched in Black, Red and Aurora (gradient) colour options.

The new Vivo Z1 Lite has 6.26-inch notched IPS LCD display which offers Full HD+ screen resolution. The company has managed to provide a 19:9 aspect ratio to offer bezel-less display. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage.
It supports microSD card as well to store more content or data on the phone. However, the previously launched Vivo Z1 came with a more powerful Snapdragon 660 processor. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS layered with FunTouch OS 4.5 UI.
The Vivo Z1 Lite has a notch on the top of the display which boasts 16MP selfie snapper with an aperture lens of f/2.0. A vertically positioned dual-rear cameras consisting of a 16MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor with an aperture lens of f/2.0 and f/2.4 respectively.
Vivo has offered AI-powered features which is available in front and rear cameras to enhance the photography experience. For the security purpose, the smartphone comes with a physical fingerprint reader positioned on the back side and front camera also has a facial unlock feature. Both, the fingerprint scanner and facial unlock feature allow the users to unlock the device quickly.
It must be noted that the Vivo Z1 Lite has been launched only in the China market. As of now, Vivo has not revealed when it would unveil the Z1 Lite in international markets and other markets including India.
