It’s become popular in tech world when something new is coming to up the ante with its impressive aesthetic and features. All look mocking some other tech brands in their promotional images with no fear. Not only International companies, but the domestic brands are also following the same path. Currently, the homegrown mobile maker Micromax has come into light for making fun of its contender Xiaomi.
After making fun of the Chinese juggernaut in an old teaser, the company has again brought one more with the same intention. In efforts of mocking Xiaomi, the Indian tech giant has also revealed some details of its upcoming smartphone, codenamed Project Caesar.
In the latest teaser, Micromax gives a clear hint of its next device. Not only the new device specifics are mentioned in the image, one can easily speculate the name of Redmi 2 hidden inside the jumbled words. One can easily hint the name of Xiaomi and Redmi in the poster which has been written as Read Mi Lips to create word-confusion. Words on the image read, "Read Mi Lips… The Future is Yu" So, it’s confirmed that the Micromax will soon bring successor of Yu Yureka which would be better than Xiaomi’s Redmi 2.
According to the image, the Project Caesar will come equipped with 64bit processor and 2GB RAM which is higher than 1GB RAM of Redmi 2. 16GB built-in storage option will also be there. It is also expected that this time the domestic manufacturer may launch the new device with variants. Not any other details regarding the specs are known yet.
As we all know that the Micromax’s Yu brand is the only one to offer Cyanogen OS based on Android platform. And, the earlier teaser also hinted that Project Caesar would be the first device to come equipped with the Android Lollipop based Cyanogen OS in India. It is also said that the next Yu smartphone will make debut in second half of April.
