Xiaomi will launch the MIUI 9.5Global Stable ROM for its Redmi, Mi Max and Mi Mix series smartphones via OTA or over the air method. The Chinese smartphone maker has also confirmed that it would rollout MIUI 9.5 for numerous other phones in the upcoming weeks. The MIUI 9.5 runs on top of Android 7.0 Nougat.

This was acknowledged by the company on the MIUI Forum. The company confirmed about the global rollout of MIUI 9.5 stable ROM for almost all eligible handsets in the upcoming weeks. All updates will reach handset users via an OTA update. The Redmi 3S, Redmi 4A, Redmi 4 Prime, and Redmi Note 4 (MediaTek SoC) will in all probability receive the updates MIUI 9.5 by the end of March.
As per reports, some Redmi Note 4 users have seen the nightly build of MIUI 9.5 Stable ROM on their smartphone. The update brings with itself features like quick reply, notification sheds, and February security patch. The eligible Redmi and Mi Series handsets will get the OTA updates within the month of April. However, the post in the MIUI Forum also mentions that the schedule and time for updates are flexible and may change.
