Xiaomi, Chinese smartphone maker is all set to launch two smartphones with the name tag Xiaomi Mi 7 and Xiaomi Mi 6X in the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 sometimes in late February. The event will be conducted in Barcelona from 26 Feb 2018 – 1 Mar 2018. Two Separate leaks have revealed specifications of new Xiaomi Mi 6X and the new flagship Xiaomi Mi 7. The Xiaomi Mi 6X is the successor of Mi 5X (Mi A1) which was previously introduced in July 2017. It is anticipated that the upcoming smartphone having a metallic along with an aluminum unibody design.
It is anticipated that the Mi 6X will be launched in the mid of 2018 and the images leaked on the internet reveals the key details about the upcoming smartphone. The leaked images of the rear side of smartphone suggested that the Mi 6X rear camera design is similar to the iPhone X's and the LED flash will be placed in between the two sensors. The leaked images also showing that there is a cut placed on the rear side of the smartphone which could be designed for a fingerprint sensor. According to the leaked images of the front side of the smartphone, it is tipped that the Mi 6X comes with a full-screen design display and having an aspect ratio of 18:9. The leak does not reveal any specifications regarding the Mi 6X.
However, Mi A1 was rebranding with Mi 5X in India, so there is a possibility that Mi 6X could be launched with the name tag Mi A2 in India. It is anticipated that the Mi 6X will be launched to close mid-2018 similar to the previous variant. The company reported that the Mi 6X will be showcased at the Mobile World Congress 2018.

Several leaks about the flagship smartphone Mi 7 have been revealed on the internet, the latest leaks came from Naijatech which has mentioned a Weibo leaks that representing the back side of the smartphone. According to the leaked images suggesting that there is a dual- camera setup along with LED flash. The report also claimed that the Mi 7 may support wireless charging.
At the CNMO, Chinese Website has also revealed another image of Mi 7 front side of the smartphone. Both CNMO and Weibo leaks claim that Mi 7 may come with a traditional fingerprint sensor position on the rear side of the smartphone. According to the leaked images, it is anticipated that Mi 7 sports a 6-inch bezel-less infinity display, refreshing our memories of Mi MIX 2 design.
Earlier, the Xiaomi had reported that Mi 7 is the first smartphone that will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC Processor. Whereas, other reports claimed that the upcoming smartphone may come with proprietary face unlock feature and discarded the traditional fingerprint scanner. Apart from this, some reports suggested that Xiaomi Mi 7 having a 6-inch bezel-less OLED display along with an aspect ratio of 18:9 display.
