Xiaomi Mi 9 Official Pics Out Now Before Launch


Xiaomi Mi 9 has been trending on the internet from last few weeks which is all set to unveil on February 20, 2019. Just a few days before the official launch event, Xiaomi has officially teased the detailed information of Mi 9 triple camera sensors which revealing the capabilities of the individual sensor. The company has also revealed the Mi 9 screen display which highlighting thin bottom bezels of the device.

Recently, Xiaomi shared a bunch of photos which have been captured by Mi 9 by using the triple camera sensors of Mi 9. The captured images also revealing the detailed information of the camera sensors like resolution, aperture value, and pixel size and more. It is confirmed that Xiaomi Mi 9 will come with a triple rear camera which includes a 48MP primary sensor that applies 4-in-1 Super Pixel technology – called as pixel binning - to extrapolate the 12-megapixel count to an effective 48-megapixel resolution. The size of the sensor will be 0.8 microns with f/1.75 aperture and a 6-element lens configuration.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 will get a 16-megapixel ultra-wide angle secondary sensor that features a 117-degree field of view (FOV), f/2.2 aperture, and auto-focus support. It is made up of 6-element lens setup, 1.0-micron pixel size, as well as ‘closed loop motor'. The company is touting that the ultra-wide angle camera sensor comes with the support of 4cm macro photography which means that camera can detect the objects at a distance of up to 4cm and capable to capture more detail. Xiaomi co-founder, Lin Bin disclosed that the sensor utilizes an anti-distortion algorithm

The third sensor will have a 12-megapixel telephoto lens that features 2x optical zoom with 1-micron pixel size, f/2.2 aperture with autofocus as well as 6-element lens configuration.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 will get a 20-megapixel front-facing camera that employs with AI-powered capabilities for capturing beautiful images. Xiaomi reported stated that the triple rear sensor module is preserved by a layer of sapphire glass that protects the module from scratches as well as it is completely durable.

Xiaomi’s official Facebook account is revealing that the upcoming Mi 9 supports Laser Autofocus technology by using a combination of PDAF and CDAF. The poster images of Mi 9 also revealing that the chin of the device is 3.6mm thin which the company claims that 40% thinner than the Xiaomi Mi 8.
