If the rumors from the China is to be believed, then the much awaited Xiaomi Mi5 will finally put the foot in the starting of the December, this year.
As per the reports by the popular tech spy Leaksfly, it has been claimed that Xiaomi will host an event on December 3 to unveil the most awaited smartphone, Xiaomi Mi5. It will be the first smartphone in the market to feature the advanced Snapdragon 820 series CPU. This shows the good sign for the company’s brand image and will enable it to the shed the tag of “industry’s copy- cat” tag. The company is getting the hall of fame by stealing the design and features of Apple.
The company unveiled back in July last year its high end smartphone Xiaomi Mi4. This smartphone unwrapped to strengthen its success, glory in India. After passing from the several rumors, the smartphone is said to feature a 5.2-inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560*1440 pixels. It is protected by a Gorilla glass 4 shield. The smartphone carries in two variants on the basics of internal storage i.e 16GB or 64Gbb inbuilt storage with no further expandable option.
Under the hood, the smartphone is loaded with 16 megapixel camera at the rear end and a 13 megapixel snapper for selfie at the front end of the board. It is backed by 3000mAh battery.
An additional notable feature of the Xiaomi Mi5 is that it is expected to clubs at Qualcomm’s Sense ID based bio-metric technology. It is a 3D fingerprint system, which is said to be more advanced than the current crop of tier-1 bands like Apple and Samsung smartphones.
