Apple is on the urge of providing new inventions day by day. Just after the updates of the iMovie app and iOS 9 release, it has come up with a new fishy update providing the newest authentication scheme to confront the device. The iTunes are iOS backbone to store the data that includes your collection of music, movies, TV shows, apps, audiobooks, and more. The update to the iTunes brings in the edge to provide a more secure platform to the Apple users.

The authentication can be of various types. It can be simply a user authentication or might be a panel of  security flaws. The two-factor authentication scheme is the most secure one and is supported by the iOS devices to provide user with comfort. After the next big update to the operating system as iOS 9, the company has placed a segment of update to iTunes. Version 12.3 of the software adds up feature to furnish both iOS 9 and Mac OSX El Capitan. It can remove smaller bugs and enables it to become a two-factor authentication system.
Two factor authentication
The first major update since last June to iTunes requires 233MB space. It is now available to download from the store. Apple is providing additional support to its software and services by updating iMessage and FaceTime with the enhanced verification in February. The same concept has already been introduced to iCloud websites and apps last July. This is not the only pacer as, Apple has originally updated with the version to Apple IDs in 2013, adding the two-factor authentication.

It is now clear to the iTunes that, it has brought up the new update to provide the security feature and to enable it. As reported by the 'Celebgate' leaks last year, it found nude photos taken from iCloud accounts, as not all the iPhones, iPads and Mac users had enabled the security flaw. So, looking to this scenario, the users are needed to update the iTunes, adding up two-factor authentication to your accounts.
