Google to Provide Net Banking Option For India Users to Buy Stuff on Play store

Google, as we all know is an enhanced and developing platform for all the techno loving people around. In this era of emerging technologies the company is one of the leading organisations, which keeps its users happy by providing them regular updates of latest technologies. Now, Google has introduced one more convenient option for Indian users to purchase any stuff from the Play Store.

The company has quietly introduced an option of net banking, by which any Indian user will be able to purchase books, songs, application and etc from the Playstore. Android users in India have reported that they are getting a net banking payment option to buy anything on Playstore. Yet it is still not clear that if the company is just testing its new feature or it has started rolling it out sincerely.

A Spokesperson of Google India told Mashable India that, “We are continually looking at ways to enhance user experience, including payment options available, on our Play store.” As we can see that debit and credit card penetration is very low in the country as compared to other ones and the Play Store also allow only selected bank cards to get accessed. Hence, by this step, the users in the country will feel free and more convenient to purchase anything from the digital store.

Google is trying to help India in every possible way to get digitized and digital shopping is no doubt a big step in that. Last year, it also made Google Play prepaid vouchers available in the country. At the previous developer’s meet last month, the company also announced the availability of carrier billing option between India’s two leading telecommunication platforms Vodafone and Airtel.

Apart from this, the company is also improving the digital part across whole world by changing the search engine optimization guidelines of Google search engine. According to which, the websites will now get indexed on the search page based on the content of Mobile versions of their sites. Every company wants to be the leading one in this era of developing technology and Google no doubtedly is making appreciative efforts for being the lead.
