Linkedin Lite Version Launched Officially In India

LinkedIn Corp, the administrator of the world's biggest online business networking service, has launched in India a "Lite" adaptation of its site for mobile browsing. The organization, which is being obtained by Microsoft Corp, said on Monday the variant was aimed at helping users search its site quicker on their smartphones in areas with moderate or poor internet network.

LinkedIn Lite loads four times quicker and gives a better experience to users in urban and rural areas with inconsistent networks, Akshay Kothari, the organization's country manager and head of product for India, said at an occasion in Bengaluru. The variant will be accessible in the following couple of weeks, he said.

A year ago, LinkedIn patched up its mobile application in the wake of confronting substantial feedback for poor configuration and users experience.
