Samsung had launched its Flagship series Galaxy E5 and Galaxy E7 with great success in January. The smartphones are almost identical in its specifications with Android 4.4 KitKat platform. The company has promised to provide an update to the flagship smartphones. The update of Android Lollipop was expected and promised. The updates were scheduled to be provided in Quarter 3 (Q3) 2015.
Naturally, as we are now in Q3 which starts from July and ends up with September, people asks question and customers too are eager to get answer. Samsung UK has answered the questions via Twitter tweets and flashed out the circumstances of not being able to come up with the new update for Android KitKat platform in E7 smartphone. The official Twitter account projects a not so good news regarding the smartphone upgradation. The Samsung Galaxy E5 has already been treated with the Android Lollipop update.
The smartphone Galaxy E7 is nowhere in the news to flash the update. The company has dropped the idea of providing the upgrade feature to the handset, for no reasons. It is also tweeted and reported that the device might get the update in UK zone and wont be getting the update in the Indian market. The things are beyond the expectations and imaginations as the smartphone is high specy set with larger RAM support as that of E5.
