Skoda has taken an initiative for improving customers relationship by launching their in-house app named MySkoda which is available for download on the iTunes Store for Apple users and Google Play store for Android.
There is a list of features which the app boast upon like providing billing record for every service, booking a service appointment, locating a dealer and connecting to Skoda’s customer care team. The app also facilitates with the costing details of the service and parts of the vehicles if needed to repair.
The app also monitors the cycle of car service including vehicle warranty, insurance, and roadside assistance expiry date. The app can further be used to update the information regarding the personal details, store ownership-related documents on the app, and all the data will be directly configurated in the database.
The Skoda is aiming to improve and achieve a customer satisfaction portfolio in which it has made a 100 crore investment. The amount will be used to further strengthen the network and also run the company along with the pace of technology by digitalizing the interface platform.
