WhatsApp, the most renowned and used instant messaging application in the world, has now introduced a video calling feature in the application. The application has more than a billion active users across the world. WhatsApp had previously also tried to introduce this feature in the application and some users were able to make video calls until the feature was disabled. It seems like the company was not prepared to launch the feature at that time and put it in the development process.
After several months, the company is now fully prepared to keep its step up with this feature. The video calling feature is now available for the Beta users of the application only. To get the Beta version of the application you first have to register online for the application or you can simply download the APK file from the APK mirror.
There is no extra button provided by the company for this application when you click the calling button it will show you a dialogue box consisting of two options in it- Audio call and Video call. You can even switch your camera with ease while having a video conversation, an additional feature. This revolutionary step taken by the company will surely prove beneficial for it, as most of the rival messaging applications already have a video calling feature in their respective apps.
The application is used by a lot of people across the world and as we can see the application is evolving with a slow speed but yeah we know very well ’Slow and Steady wins the race’.
