After Breast Implant Scandal Debate start on Cosmetic surgery

Not only patients but cosmetic surgery industry and public consultant also attended this consultancy and prepared a report on it. This was reviewed by leading UK National Health Service (NHS) medial director sir Bruce Kiyog.
