Day 5th Nagpur Test towards a draw

NAGPUR, England has scored 274 runs for the loss of three wickets in their second innings in Fourth Test Match in Nagpur. In First innings the host team led of four runs now the overall lead has been of 278 runs while seven wickets yet remains.

By the end of the day's game, Jonathan Trott has scored not out 127 runs with the help of nine fours in 285 balls and Ian Bell has scored not out 74 runs with the help of four fours just in 216 balls.

Before all this, Compton was out lbw by the umpire on Pragyan Ojha's ball. Compton made 34 runs facing 135 balls. Whereas Kevin Petersen could not boost his team much and he was dismissed on six runs. Petersen was bowled by Ravindra Jadeja.

India's Ashwin, Ojha and Jadeja each could out one wicket individually thus the total score of England team was 274 runs by the end of the day and now total lead is 278 runs.
