Free Laptop Scheme to improve Education in UP

After a long wait, Under the "Free Laptop Scheme" of Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, Ten thousand laptops will be provided to the students of UP on 11th March but the major question is that how much would the free laptop be helpful for a student's study because most of the site on the internet has migrated to HD and become tremendous in size. Along this, whoever will get laptop, does that one has proper knowledge of working on laptop. Reason, There are many schools in villages where computer is just limited to the books.
