Google updates Penguin 4 applied from April 2013

Google has two most popular algorithms that are Penguin and Panda which was developed with the aim of ranking of the websites according to website quality. Recently Matt Cutts who is the head of Google search spam team has updated its Penguin Algorithm. The update creates a big havoc in the SEO market as it will now target improper linking and according to that penguin will give rank to the websites.

The name given to this modification in the algo is Penguin 4 and this will start from April or May 2013. From its release date it had been updated only twice.
