1) Sambhavi mudra

Procedure

To do this mudra you first check out the solitary place where you feel comfortable to sit then keep your back bone, neck and head straight. Keep your hands on your knee with fingers in the position of gyan mudra. With full concentration, try to concentrate on the agya chakra (middle region of your eyebrow) which is the center point of your brain.

Benefits of Sambhavi mudra -

This mudra develops your agya chakra which is the center of your brain. Brain starts working speedily, improves your eye brightness, and increases your confidence. If you do this mudra regularly then this will make your mind peaceful and increase your confidence.

2) Bhadraasan

Procedure

Sit on the floor. Keep your left leg on your right lap and right leg on your left lap. This position is known as rechak. Now keep your both hands on the floor and try to lift yourself such that whole your body weight get concentrated on the centre of your heel with your hand on the floor.

This aaasan keeps your body fit and fine. It increases your meomory power, decreases your versatility, improves digestion, increases muscle strength. It gives relief from other problems like gas, acidity, diabetes, indigestion, back pain, neck pain, weakness, dyspepsia, heart disease, diarrhea, headache, vomit, hiccups etc.
