Sydney, The Chief Executive Officer Stephen Elop of Nokia corporation revealed the planning of company's windows tablet launching. He openly rejected to adopting their operating system and android on windows. He is worried about the monopoly of android in Nokia and Samsung.
Elop says "we are studing the market as all know Microsoft has introduced the Surface tablet. So understanding what is the right way to participate and at what point of time."
Since Elop took over Company in late 2010, he has supervised a striking change, commencing with his company wide memo in which he described Nokia as being on a "bumming platform" and faced with staying and perishing in the flames or jumping for a new direction. His leap meant the Troupe phased out the Symbian and Mee Go operating system and align with Microsoft as the company's favored partner for windows phones.
The reaction to Elop's agenda has been passionate, with some praising him as the company's saviour while others lambast him as having thrown the baby out with the bathwater in ditching Monkia's software.
Elop says he doesn't explore himself as "it's actually not helpful", but he is not retreat from the decision to pair Nokia with Windows. He also said that Troupe may consider any operating system but he pointed out that the company has the choice of Microsoft Windows.
