Pakistani Scientist Chishti has Acquitted from Murder Charge

Supreme Court has acquitted the Pakistani scientist Mohammad Khalil Chishti from the murder charge. He is 82 years old and now he can go to his country without any ban.

Bench of Justice P Sadashivam and Justice Ranjan Gogoi has made this order on the appeal of Chishti. His passport and Rs.5 lakh security deposits will also returned to him. On Chishti's acquittal his brother in Ajmer is very happy and he distributed sweets by saying thank you to the court.

Chishti came to visit Ajmer in 1992 with his mother and he tangled into a fight in which he murdered his neighbor. Ajmer's session court had announced lifetime imprisonment to him.
