Tablet Toughpad A1 and ultrabook cum tablet Toughbook CF-AX2 has released in India by Japanese company Panasonic. Toughtbook CE-AX2 will be available in the market from February 2013 and Toughbook A1 is already available.
Ultrabook cum tablet has powered by Windows 8 with intel i5 Pro Processor of 1.7GHz and having 11.6 inch LCD HD screen and the resolution is 1366x768 pixels. It includes 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD memory with various options like Ethernet, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, two USB ports, HDMI port, SD card slot and smart card slot.
Toughbook CF-AX2 features 360 degree screen rotation by that the ultrabook can be converted into a tablet. Its unique hardware security chip enhances its security features. It comes with 2-cell battery and 4-cell replaceable battery that makes it run for upto 13.5 hours after a single charge.
This hybrid computer comes with all the latest technology and features. Other companies like Sony, Dell and Asus also provide hybrid computers in the Indian market.
Another tablet by Panasonic Toughpad A1 features 10.1 inch screen with TFT display and has Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The dual-core 1.2 GHz processor with 16GB onboard memory and 1GB RAM also supports microSD card with upto 32GB memory. Internet 2G, 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi connections can also be accessed by this tablet. For data transfer, it provides Bluetooth 2.1, microUSB and microHDMI. The camera quality of the tablet is 5MP with LED flash and also including front camera of 2MP.
Panasonic Toughpad A1 is available at Rs.75, 000 and Toughbook CF-AX2 is available at Rs.1.30 lacs. Both devices are water resistance and IP65 certified. The hybrid device is shock-proof when dropped from 76cm of height and tablet can withstand with height of 120cm. These two products are very latest and can boom the IT market of the country.
