Asus launches a 7 inch FonePad in India

Asus has finally launched its much awaited 7 inch fonepad (phablet) in India. This device was unveiled in Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. It is an android based phablet which is bigger than mobile and smaller than tablet in which user can call also.

It runs on android jelly bean 4.1 android version and screen resolution is 1280 x 800. It features LED backlight, panel switching (IPS) and 10 fingers multi touch. This phablet has 1GB RAM and also available in 8GB and 16GB versions. It memory can be expanded upto 32GB through microSD card. This phablet has 1.2MP rear camera and auto focus 720P video recording. The back camera is 3MP.

The battery of this device can last up to 9 hours and it can be connected through wi-fi and Bluetooth also. The price of this Asus phablet will be Rs.15999.
