India's largest car manufacturing company Maruti Suzuki has introduced lowest cost automatic hatchback car 'A Star AT vxi'. It features 3 cylinder 1.0 liter petrol engine. This AT car has 66bhp power on 6,200rpm and 90NM torque on 3,500 rpm.

This Maruti car has 4 speed automatic transmission and the company promises to give mileage of 17kmpl. Delhi ex-showroom price of A Star is Rs.4.66lac. Its cost is higher than Rs.50, 000 in comparison of top variant zxi of manual transmission.

Hyundai i10:

Second largest car manufacturing company of the country Hyundai has given two variants Sports AT and Asta AT in automatic transmission. Sports AT features power steering, stereo, front and power rear window, rear defogger, tachometer, remote locking system, rear wash wiper, optional air bags etc.

On the other side its second variant Asta AT has more new features as Bluetooth connectivity and phone calling control etc. Hyundai has claimed that it will give 15kmpl mileage and its Delhi ex-showroom price is Rs.5.24 lacs.

Honda Brio Automatic:

This car of hatchback segment is the most favorite of customers. Brio automatic is launched with two variants S AT and V AT. It has the most powerful engine 1.2 liter i-VTEC in comparison of other hatchback automatic cars.

Price of Brio S-AT in Delhi ex-showroom is Rs.5.74 lacs and V-AT is Rs.5.99 lacs. It has 86bhp power on 6000rpm and 109NM torque on 4500rpm. The company has claimed that this automatic gearbox car will give 16.5kmpl mileage. Brio is easy to park due to small size.

Maruti has launched its second automatic car Ritz AT in the starting of 2013. Ritz AT features 4-speed automatic gearbox like Swift Dzire. Its price is high than other automatic hatchback cars. It someone compares Ritz AT, Honda Brio and Hyundai i10 than Honda Brio is more modern car. Ritz AT features 1.2 liter K-series engine and its power is 85ps and torque is 113NM.
