As we all know that Land Rover is a renowned name in the automobile industry with a lineup of classy and elegant models. Globally, it is quite popular but in India it is still setting its foot. The automaker had launched the Sport SVR a few months back and in October this year, the bookings for upcoming Evoque facelift had also started in the country. As the company had promised, the updated version of this SUV is ready to arrive tomorrow and the market is stirred with excitement and speculations.

Both in the exterior and interior portions, certain changes will be made that will distinguish this version from the outgoing one. From outside, there will be a restyled bumper, all new grille, wider air dam, LED headlights, revamped rear spoiler, LED tail lights, and new alloy wheels. Inside the car, the seats are covered in superior material and there is an 8-inch infotainment system for the occupants.

Under the hood, there is an aluminium Ingenium TD4 turbocharged diesel engine that is lighter from that of the outgoing one by 20-30 Kgs. This motor develops 420 Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 9-speed ZF gearbox. The maximum power is generated in two states including 150Bhp and 180Bhp. This mechanical setup enables the SUV to sprint upto 100km/h in less than 8 seconds with the top speed reaching to 217 km/h.
