Xiaomi, the renowned Chinese smartphone manufacturing firm had launched its Redmi Note 4 in India on 19th January, now the company has announced that the handset will go on sale via Flipkart and company’s official Mi.com from 12 pm on Wednesday. The company introduced the Redmi Note 4 in three variants in the country which includes, a 2GB RAM/ 32GB inbuilt storage model priced at Rs 9,999, a 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage model priced at Rs 10,999, and a 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model priced at Rs 12,999. All of these variants will be available in Gold, Grey, and Silver color variants along with a Matte color coming soon.
Over on Mi.com, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is being offered with a free 12-month subscription to Hungama Music and a 10% cashback (SuperCash) with MobiKwik. As for Flipkart, this time around, the e-commerce site is still offering a 5 percent discount for buyers using Axis Bank Buzz credit cards, however, it isn't offering the Buyback Guarantee it chose to bundle last week.

As far as specifications are concerned, the Android smartphone features a 5.5-inch full-HD 2.5D curved glass IPS display of resolution 1080 X 1920 pixels. The company has introduced MediaTek Helio X20 deca-core SoC-powered variant to India instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 MSM8953 octa-core SoC powered model. The processor is coupled up with 3GB or 4GB RAM, depending on the SKU. It is blessed with a unibody design language along with a fingerprint sensor mounted at the rear side of it.
In terms of optics, the Dual-SIM handset packs a 13-megapixel CMOS rear camera Coupled with PDAF (phase detection autofocus), a f/2.0 aperture, 77-degree wide angle lens, and dual-tone LED flash. A 5-megapixel front camera is also provided by the company with an 85-degree wide angle lens. The inbuilt memory of the device can also be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.
Backing up the GSM handset is a massive 4100mAh battery, which is capable of keeping your handset awake for all day long. Connectivity options on the board include 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/g/b/n, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, Micro-USB, and Infrared, whereas, it also gets an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, electronic compass, and proximity sensor as standard.
