Xiaomi Unveiled 10000mAh Mi Power Bank Pro With Sleeky Design

Xiaomi, the Chinese manufacturing firm has launched its new 10000mAh Mi Power Bank Pro with USB Type-C in China. The smartphone maker, Xiaomi earlier last week launched it's Redmi Note 3 in India. Additionally, the company has announced its Mi Box 3 Enhanced Edition media player.

The power bank is priced at CNY 149 (roughly Rs. 1,500), it is likely to sport an aluminium body along with temperature, input overload, short circuit, output overcurrent, and reset protection. It is also featuring chipset protection and nine layers of circuit protection built by Texas Instruments.

The newly built Mi Power Bank Pro bolsters with a cable that has a USB Type-A connector on one end and a Micro-USB connector on the other. The main USP of the power bank is its Micro USB type-C adaptor and a two-way fast charging technology. The device gets input from a Type-C connector and releases output from Type-A connector.

The 10000 Mi Powerbank can be able to charge even the smartphone accessories such as Bluetooth headphones, fitness bands and more as well. The company posts in its forum that, "10,000 Mi Power Bank Pro does support USB Type-C charging and you may charge up your Mi 5 and MacBook."

The company claims that the new Mi Power Bank Pro is 42 percent thinner as compared to the company's other 10,000mAh power banks and promise that the device is rated to go from 0 percent charge to full charge just in 1 hour 50 minutes. The 10000mAh power bank measures 128.5x75x12.6mm and weighs 223 grams.
