Triumph, the largest British motorcycle manufacturer, recently commences bookings for its new Triumph Bonneville range that encompasses Street Twin, the Bonneville T120 and the Bonneville T120 Black, which are going to be showcased in the forthcoming auto event. The Thruxton and Thruxton R are also in the Indian line-up to unveil at the Delhi Auto Expo in February,2016. The new Speed Triple R and S models are also expected to be displayed at the same podium with the earlier mentioned 2016 range of classic motorcycles of the British automaker.

The new street fighters models Speed Triple R and S seem synonymic to the existing model. Even so, The new roadsters undergo with some cosmetic tweak to get this fresh and appealing look. The added aesthetics to the new Speed Triple to scrutinize the masses includes twin headlamps with inbuilt DRLs, bar-end mirrors, redesigned fuel tank and seat for enough knee recess, under seat dual exhaust, single sided swingarm, etc. The new naked streets not only featured with new facial updates but also receive changes at Powertrain to provide the smooth and improved performance to the Speed Triple R and S.
The new Speed Triple shares the similar engine of a 1050cc, liquid-cooled, inline triple-cylinder engine of the older sibling, but the engine refined with advanced technologies like ECU, combustion chamber, ride-by-wire throttle bodies, new cylinder head design, crankshaft, slip-assist clutch, fuel delivery system, airboxand many more to enhance the performance of the bike.
The new Speed Triple is built around the twin spar tubular aluminum frame where suspension responsibilities have been taken care by the upside down front forks and monoshock at the rear. Whereas braking setup comprises Dual front disc brakes with Brembo monoblock calipers and single disc at the rear wheel. The facility of selecting the mode of riding from five modes and traction control from rider selectable ABS is given for rider convenience.
The Streetfighter is available in four new colors of Phantom Black and DiabloRed of the speed Triple S, Crystal White and Matt Graphite of the Speed Triple R. The motorcycle has been launched at the price tag of £10,200 (9.86 lakh) for new Triumph Speed Triple S and £11,500 (11.12 lakh) for the Speed Triple R. The price for Indian market is not revealed now, but anticipation is likely to have higher price tag.
