The Indian government has decided to stretch their belts tight for making riders learn a lesson. A new proposal is soon getting submit under the laws which will make the bike riders sigh a contract to get their valid driving license. It sounds really impressive and it will be bringing the accident rates down as well. The number of road accidents in India is suffering through a frequently increasing scale and more than half of the cases are seen with two wheeler riders. This is a matter of worry for the transport ministry and, therefore, the step of bringing out a solid escape has been pulled. Let’s go a little bit deep.

As per the contract, the riders not wearing helmet would not be fined, rather they will directly be answerable in the court. This decision, when finalized would definitely save lives, as the highest numbers of two wheeler accidents are witnessed without helmet. The transport ministry has checked in the instruction to transport commissioner for bringing the law under regulation and soon the country would be experiencing a change in the traffic scenes.
Issuing the new licenses will go through the complete procedure along with the signing of the contract. Apparently, people already holding the license are supposed to reach the regional transport office for signing the same so that the procedure will be getting completed. The awareness among the two wheeler rider regarding the helmets needs to be boosted and we can expect a firm law for car drivers concerning the seat belts as well.
