Mahindra is undergoing though a tight schedule of testing its upcoming two-wheelers in the Indian market. For the past few months, the company is continuously kept on testing the latest 110cc scooter. The yet to be launched scooter has been caught testing quite a few times and since the scooter is heading towards its launch the manufacturer is getting pretty much conscious about the performance of the scooter. Above all, the company has planned to launch four new products in the Indian market.
According to the images, the scooter is featuring sport pseudo air vents apart from the turn indicators and it is believed that the upcoming 110cc scooter will be sharing its curves and cues from the Mahindra Duro. The officially unwrapped scooter will be missing some important features like alloy wheels and front disc brakes.
The technical details of the scooter are hard-to-reach, as the company hasn't revealed the specifications of the upcoming two-wheeler. But, it is believed that the scooter will be powered by the same 110cc engine which was being used in the Centuro, and capable to produce 8.38BHP of power and 8.5Nm of torque. The engine is coupled with a CVT gearbox. Instead of featuring all these specifications, the testing model lacks alloy wheels and disc brakes too.
The Mahindra's upcoming 110cc scooter will get manufactured at the Pithampur plant, which is located near Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Hence, the company's market is not wide enough in the two-wheeler section. Apart from the scooter, Mahindra is also coming up with a 300cc engine displacement motorcycle, named as Mahindra Mojo. Well, let's see what's new the company is bringing up for the customers and to sustain in the competition of two-wheelers in the Indian market.
