The Italian automobile manufacturer, DSK Benelli is increasing its empire of superbikes in Indian two wheeler market as the company has opened a new service center, named National Manpower Excellence Center in Pune, today. The Pune Center will act for the DSK Benelli outlets as integrated training cum service center. The newly opened DSK-NMEC is the first center in the Indian market which provides a dedicated supports of highest quality, well training technicians and engineers.

Mr. Shirish Kulkarni, Chairperson of DSK Motorwheels, said on the opening ceremony, “Today, it is a nigh-upon-impossible task to find the right person who can deliver quality service for a superbike as well as adequately handle discerning superbike customers in India. With the launch of DSK-NMEC, we are going to create these super professionals by training them in all aspects of superbike servicing and equip them with soft skills for quality customer experience.”

Apart from this, facility is the largest of the Benelli globally as the entire center has expanded across 9322 square feet area. The DSK-NMEC is the DSK way of Service Excellence and Benelli quality around the world. All technicians are allowed to directly view problems live with expert guidelines and revise them.
